Please avoid including confidential client information, passwords, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in the inquiry form.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to:

• Respond to your message and discuss whether we can help.
• Maintain an organized record of conversations and follow-up.
• Protect the form and website from spam or misuse.

Where it is stored

Inquiry information is stored in a private Google Sheet and included in an email notification sent through Google Workspace. Our website host and Google may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate these services.

Sharing

We do not sell inquiry information. We share it only with service providers that help us host the website, store submissions, deliver email, or protect the service, and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We generally keep an inquiry for up to 24 months unless it leads to an active business relationship or we need to retain it for legal or operational reasons. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted.
